I LOVE this store! Every time I come in, it’s super clean and all of the employees are so friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Tonight I had SO many questions about our new bearded dragon. Tracen was so patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. My kids also love coming here to see the baby bearded dragons, kittens, snakes, birds, parrots, etc. etc. etc. If I could rate it 6 stars, I would!!!!

The only local pet store I actually trust. These guys have been around since I was a kid and have always had very knowledgeable staff and a unique selection of animals that are well cared for. Shout out to Ryan, he helped me with both birds and fish during my most recent visit.

This place is top to bottom AMAZING! It’s very clean (the bathroom was immaculate), well kept, well stocked, well organized, and reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Just a wonderful experience! All the animals were beautiful and so many to choose from. We loved all the reptiles, I should have taken more pictures. If I had to critique something constructive I’d say they need a bigger store to spread everything out a bit more but other than that I have nothing but great things to say and will recommend this place to all my friends.

When I first got here looking for a set up for a tarantula, the first person that the employee’s suggested to help me was Ryan. He had helped me out multiple times getting things figured out from what to feed them all the way to the substrate and enclosure for them. He’s definitely the star of the show when it comes to figuring out the best way to take care of animals. I also wanted to shout out the other employees here who were friendly, welcoming, and their fuzzy, scaly, and feathery friends which they showcase that are so sweet. Thank you Animal ark, your the top of my list for animal supplies!

Had a great experience. Ordered my snake online through their morphmarket listing and was able to pick up in store. Beautiful selection of snakes and in great health. My new snake came come healthy, happy abs curious.

After a bad pet store experience a week earlier (Mark's Ark) where all the advice we got was poor, this was such a relief. They talked to me for a long time, put me on a wait list for a female rat (from a breeder, the way it should be), and called back in a few days. They were patient with us, and Elisa let us meet the rats so we could pick one that seemed to have the right temperament. The store is clean, well stocked, and the animals all look healthy. But most importantly, the team is lovely, insightful, patient, and full of love for little friends, furry and scaly alike. Our new ratty is integrating well, and she came with a one week health guarantee (no guarantees or returns of any kind at the other place). I won't go anywhere else in Utah now.

Employees are knowledgeable about the animals they sell, staff are really nice and attentive, the animals are well taken care of and have good enclosures and cages and have daily care multiple times a day. They have a great variety of pets for those with no experience and those with a lot. If your looking for a place to find a new friend or find supplies for your little friend this is a great spot to come to

Friendly Staff and Great inventory definitely the best pet store in the area. Zack was extremely welcoming. Very sincere, knowledgeable and eager to answer my questions. I don't know what he's getting paid, but it's not enough.

It smells like one would expect a pet store to smell.. but they are the kindest employees and they treat all of their animals with the utmost care and respect and truly helped us find the best fit for our home!

Just got my first crested gecko from here last week. Ryan was super helpful and patient answering all my questions about how to care for it and what I needed to get. You can tell he really likes the animals. If I could give you guys more than 5 stars I would!
